1Why do I need mobile phone protection plan?
If you have broken your phone before, you'd know that it costs up to AED 1,300 to repair it, and up to full phone price to replace it.
By having a protection plan, you're not only saving money but also saving your self all the hassle that comes from phone damages.
Whenever you need us, we will come to you, pick up your phone, repair and return it.
1What’s the difference between Z Protect and Z Protect+?
Z Protect is our basic subscription plan, it provides you with 12 months protection up to 2 repairs, no extra fees paid. It's budget friendly and keeps you protected.
Z Protect+ is our premium subscription plan, it provides you protection for 24 months including up to 2 repairs or 1 replacement.
Included within Z Protect+ is our Upgrade Anytime plan that allows you to turn in your phone and receive a discount on your next upgrade.
1How will Z Protect+ help me?
Z Protect+ will not only protect your phone for 24 months against ANY accidental damage, it will also you help you SAVE when you decide to upgrade your phone using the Upgrade Anytime plan.
1How long will my repair take?
If you live in Dubai, repairs take up to 2 days. If you live in any other Emirate, repairs take up to 5 days from pick-up time but we know how hard it is to be disconnected so we try to fix your device as fast as we could.
1Can I cover multiple devices with one plan?
1 device = 1 plan. This gives you the chance to customize your subscription plan per device based on your needs.
1How many times can my phone be repaired?
Up to 2 times free of charge!.
1How do I claim my mobile phone repairs?
Sign in to request a repair through your account and our team will be directly in touch with you. Alternatively, you can call us from Sun-Thurs, 9am-6pm and our team will assist you.
1How do I avail the Upgrade Anytime guarantee with Z Protect+?
Sign in to drop your request for the Upgrade Anytime plan through your account and our team will be directly in touch with you. Alternatively, you can call us from Sun-Thurs, 9am-6pm and our team will assist you.
1How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Free trial subscription anytime but we'd be sad to see you go. Simply give us a call on 04 215 6655 or drop us an email to and our team will process your cancellation.
Your money will be returned based on the number of months the subscription was used for.
1What classifies as an accidental damage?
Accidental damages are unforeseen events that result in the damage of your device. This can range from dropping your mobile phone down the toilet, to unexpectedly spilling a glass of water on your laptop. Please read below for more details:
  • Cracked screens
  • Spills & liquid damage
  • Mechanical/electrical component failures
  • Software issues (?)
  • Fire, floods, and natural disasters
  • Power surges
1What does the Free Trial get me?
Enjoy the first 30 Days with free coverage for your device when you subscribe. Additionally, you will receive 24 months of extended warranty on your device even after your 30-day free trial is complete. We also offer subscribers access to our on-demand customer service representatives and a cancel anytime policy with no added fees or auto-renewals.
1How do I upgrade from Free Trial to full subscription?
If you have chosen our 30-day free trial and wish to extend to our Z Protect plans, Z Protect & Z Protect+, simply login to your account on our website and click on the orders tab. Select ‘Extend Subscription’ and choose a protection plan that suits you best!

Expert tip: upgrade before the first 10 days of your free-trial is up to benefit from our 20% Early Bird Discount.

1Can I subscribe to Z Protect with my old device?
You can still subscribe to one of our Z Protect plans if you’ve purchased a device from elsewhere! Simply let us know the brand, model, and purchase date and we’ll tell you if you’re eligible for one of our subscription plans.

1Is Z Protect Transferable?
No. The subscription is attached to the device and you as an individual. You cannot sell or give away your device and transfer ownership of your Z Protect plan.
